In one of the most beautiful areas of Argolida is available a coastal area 523.000 sq.m. It is one of the few single plots so near to Athens, suitable for commercial development. The 523.000m2 are a pine area, of which the 411.000 sq.m are a beautiful, private, pine forest, that would be perfect for a mild touristic exploitation and the 123.000 sq.m are a surface that is not caracterised as a forest land, it is buildable and suitable for a five star hotel complex, with 200 beds and a coverage capacity of 24.600m2. The buildable area is protected and isolated from the forest and the private beach of 2.2 km.
